NGT48 Team NIII captain Kitahara Rie announced her graduation from the group on 21 August 2017, she made the announcement during NGT48 debut 2nd Anniversary SP Live at Niigata City History Museum.
Kitahara Rie said she will leave NGT48 in 2018 Spring, and she will work in drama related field after graduation.
