Matsui Rena will be the lead for "After the Quake" by Murakami Haruki !! !

Former SKE48 Member Matsui Rena will playing be lead of the long-awaited theater version of the book "After the Quake" (Kami no Kodomo-tachi wa Mina Odoru - "All God's Children Can Dance") by world renowned author Murakami Haruki.

"After the Quake“ is a collection of six short stories which takes place in spring 1995 between the Great Kobe Earthquake and the gas attack in Tokyo. The theater play will present the two short stories "Super-Frog Saves Tokyo“ and "Honey Pie“ and Matsui Rena takes over the role of Sayoko in "Honey Pie“.

The Theater play will be at Yomiuri Otemachi Hall, Tokyo from end of July to Mid-August 2019 (followed by a performance in Aichi and Kobe).
